Public services
Your representatives where a credit to your company they were punctual, courteous and respective. It was a pleasure to deal with people that seem happy with they jobs and just wanted a positive meeting, if they spotted something wrong they give help and remedies not criticism.
Education
Here at St. Georges will want to know that we have a safe and secure facility for our staff and students. I was interested in what Justine had to say as she has an in depth knowledge of health and safety. I'm sure that any recommendations that come from the report will be implemented as myself and the head and school governors have health and safety as the main priority. Also Justine made it a pleasant experience, it was very nice to meet her.
Health Care
The inspection was thorough, but in a personable way. Not too formal, and the two auditors that attended site were extremely knowledgeable, familiar with a busy hospital environment, and understanding of the nature of the business.
Motor fleet
Paul delivered an excellent session during yesterday's meeting. His insights were clear, practical and thought provoking. He really made us reflect on our own fleet processes and operations and I found his ideas and recommendations highly valuable and even made 3 pages of notes during the meeting!! I would highly recommend Paul and look forward to maintaining contact with him on all fleet related matters going forward. A pleasure to work with.
Local government
Ceredigion County Council has enjoyed a good working relationship with Zurich as its insurers and regularly commission them to run risk management training/state of the nation sessions for elected members and for senior management. We also recently also ran a series of service-based workshops around risk management to support our new Risk Management Policy, Strategy and Framework all of which were highly regarded and very useful to us. We look forward to running further sessions in the future and appreciate the support we have received from Zurich.
