The purpose of the assessment is to understand and make a high-level assessment of the injury and health risks to employees arising from your organisation’s workplace and activities. The assessment will consider the systems in place to manage and control your Employers’ Liability exposures and provide an evaluation of the extent to which these are managed effectively.
The assessment will identify areas where further controls should be considered to manage or reduce these risks and to ensure the robustness of your arrangements for preventing and defending liability claims.
