Overview
A grey fleet includes all vehicles used by employees for work that are not owned by the employer. The employer has the same duty of care towards its employees making work related journeys regardless of the vehicle ownership.
The Grey Fleet Review will:
- Provide an analysis of the grey fleet exposures faced by your organisation across several categories
- Recruitment

- Wellbeing
- Incident reporting
- Fatigue management
- In-vehicle distractions
- Vehicle standards
- Vehicle maintenance
- Involve interviews with key stakeholders, such as Fleet, Health & Safety and HR
